"Great that it’s across the street from the beach. Plants on their front porches need some TLC and clean up around the floor where they sit. Old hotel with thin walls and floors, could hear everything on the floor above us. Otherwise, nicely decorated, clean bathroom. I would stay again, but on the top floor."

"Cute place near Main Street in Belmar. You can walk to all the bars and restaurants in like 5 minutes. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Check in was online, super easy. There is no front desk but you can call the owners who live on site and they answered both times we had questions. Gave good recommendations for dinner and coffee as well. Small parking lot behind the inn with first come first serve parking. Street parking is free too but it can get busy in beach season. We were in room 7 which is small but pretty well appointed. Our biggest issue was the bed which was way too soft. "

"Everything was great only thing for me was there was no microwave in the room and it would been nice to have a coffee pot as well. But they do provide it but you have to walk down and use it..being on the third floor it was a bit inconvenient for me . But great spot and nice environment and the staff are really nice .. and the room was very clean and once again location to beach and downtown is awesome ."

"So lovely and having fresh lemon water and coffee available whenever you want was much appreciated. There is also a Nespresso machine in the room. We really enjoyed our stay. Great staff recommendations on where to eat and things to do."

"Hotel is very run down, hallway floors shake under your feet. Wifi barely works and frequently disconnects. Bathroom in my room had a faulty light switch. Bed was very uncomfortable."

"The view was gorgeous. They need to add some room darkening shades because you are facing east and the room never gets dark enough but ilove the Grand Victorian. "
