"We waited for our room to be “ready” for our stay. We got texted to check in and when we got to the room it clearly hadn’t been cleaned. "The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund."
