「People was so nice,everything was great.But There are flies in our room when we check in.Anyway still recommended.」

「The room was very clean . The staff was friendly and let us in early . The place is a little dated but other than that if your looking for a clean property that won’t break the bank , this is your place .」

「The rooms were very basic, the walls very thin. TV was small with a grainy picture. They lock the hotel at midnight and I had to beat on the door for 30 minutes to get into the building after a wedding.」

「Parking was fine stores and attractions were nearby. Looked a room with a queen bed when I arrived was told that it was not available and that it was first come first served. Was not offered any sort of discount due to inconvenience of my wife and I having two separate beds in the room things were worn out and outdated the establishment needs more upkeep painting and clean up. And apparently more housekeepers because it was also shortage of rooms due to a housekeeper being out for a day. Room...

「Location of this hotel is amazing. Everything else was just ok. Rooms were clean. Women at front desk didn't know much about parking or where to eat. Also the blinds were sheer so everyone could see in the room at night and the room was light as soon as the sun came up. That drove me crazy. 」

「The location of the Inn is ideal. About a block to the beach and walking distance to Asbury Park main street. However the property itself shows signs of wear. The bedrooms are small and have uncomfortable beds. The room was very dusty and did not look like it was cleaned prior to our arrival. There is not a bathroom in the room, you have to use a shared bathroom with other guests. Over all the location is great but the property itself needs to be remodeled and cleaned. 」

「The Lamplight, as always, was spotless and well-maintained. The location can’t be beat- a block from the beach and super close to restaurants, shops and bars. My only wish is that each room would be supplied with its own Keurig. One of the treats of staying in a motel is waking up and having a coffee in your bedroom before you even get dressed. While coffee is available at the motel, I’d be happier not having to go outside and sometimes downstairs to get my morning caffeine fix!」

「My husband and I stayed overnight and we had a great time. We plan to come back during the summer. Great location and we were near many restaurants and had great views. 」
