「The hotel is historical, therefore, the room has very few outlets...for today's modern person, laptops, phones, curling irons, etc....a lack of them. The mattress was lumpy and for the amount of money you pay for the room you would think you would at the least have free parking.」

「Loved the decor.」

「Great charming place. Very homey and clean. Breakfast was great as well. There isn’t an elevator.」

「Excellent service and great location」

「This Carriage House was the best B & B my wife and I have visited so far! Super helpful staff, great breakfast, very clean room, just a few minutes walk from the beach, serene surroundings. We highly recommend The Carriage House to anyone visiting Ocean Grove area. And we loved walking the streets of quaint Ocean Grove, NJ, which is our new favorite NJ location 😊🇺🇸」

「I was traveling with my 1 Nd 4 year old grandchildren. The woman who checked me in at 2 was kind enough to let me store the luggage and porta-crib in her office until I came back with the kids. We didn’t get back until 7 and the woman at the front desk was overly kind and helpful. She brought my luggage cart up to my room so I could carry the baby. It was such a pleasure to have met such a wonderful and supportive staff. The same can be said for the front desk gentleman who retrieved my luggage...

「Super beautiful room! Super friendly staff. Will definitely come back!」

「Great continental breakfast. Friendly staff and very clean rooms. Perfect all the way around.」

「Great stay for one night!」

「Location was good」

「Our 2 bedroom suite with disabled accessible bathroom was superb. Our only suggestion would be that since standing water from the shower does not drain away completely, having a squeegee mop of some sort in the bathroom would be helpful - either that or having the drain in the bathroom actually drain all of the water would be good. But really everything at the hotel was outstanding and very disabled-friendly.」
