Our third time staying here and will stay again. Some very minor things in need of repair but overall clean and friendly staff and great location. Convenient having the bar and restaurant on site and a great pool for days when it’s not a beach day. The beach is clean and uncrowded and great for swimming

Quick trip down to the NJ shore. Love this hotel it is perfect for a quiet and enjoyable beach visit with great places to visit nearby. The staff were so friendly and accommodating!

Proximity to the beach was perfect - view of the bay view of the ocean - perfect! The newer rooms are the way to go, the older rooms I did not like and had to change. It seems a bit outdated, aging. The pool area could be kept much cleaner and freshened up, but overall it’s a great place.

This property has a great location, right across the street from the private beach. The pool is pretty nice, and the restaurant is good. We were in the older part of the hotel, and rooms were a bit rundown and mildewy. For the price, it was OK.

Amazing view of the ocean from our room! Pool area was nice and had a riverfront view. Pool bar was convenient for a poolside drink and lunch! Easy parking. Walk across the main road to the beach & ocean. Only downside was no full length mirror in our room.

I never leave reviews but this place was terrible. Check in was at 4pm so i arrived at 415pm. I checked in and went to my room to find a dirty room. Bed was not made and tip money was left on the table. So i nicely went back to the office and told them that someone didnt get to clean my room. They apologized and told me to check back later. After checking back many time room wasnt ready until 7pm. No compensation or anything off the bill. Just Sorry. Once i get to my room. The bed was a full size. Not a queen the site said it was. Mattress was very cheap and felt like it belongs in a pullout couch. The bathroom shower was disgusting. I took pictures of it. Internet was free but does not work. Overall i would not stay here again. Only good thing was the location. Staff seemed not to care about anything.

Location is wonderful and the scenery is beautiful, very quiet in the evening. Pool is clean and nice. The room itself (pool view, queen) felt very college dorm like. It was very clean, but dated and very sparse. No chair or place to put luggage. A bed, one of those cubes with baskets for dresser/nightable, 2 mismatched lamps, little fridge and microwave. Paper thin towels. Bed was ok, AC worked. Would suggest bringing your own pillows/towels and flip flops bc the floor gets gritty quickly, and we brought up a camping chair for a seat. It wasn’t cleaned and towels weren’t refreshed during our stay. However, the staff were very friendly. Parking was easy, check in/out was easy and quick. Disappointed in the room for the cost, but it was clean, and very nice outdoor facilities and location. We might stay again but would avoid the pool view rooms.

Loved the stay here. Staff was friendly and honestly don’t need them much. Had some paint peeling on ceiling(we stayed in new building) but not a big deal these things happen at places close to water. Saw some complaints about ice machine broken. Which also not a big deal since 15 feet away is the bar that gives you any amount of ice you ask for. Overall if you like a low key enjoyable vacation with a pool and beach front. River with bar and restaurant and seating on it. Then this is your place.
