「front desk staff not helpful, doorman doesn't leave the room unless you give tips, even though I don't have any luggage, only carry on bag coz I stayed only overnight, parking issues」

「The location and ocean view were exactly what I wanted. However not having a restaurant or some type of an upscale coffee shop was very disappointing and unexpected. The valet parking was excessive charge at $60 for a day ending noon and valet was not even there Sunday - Monday. It was self park in their entrance porchier . There was nothing historic about it so no reason to return.」

「Ours was a spring visit. Our expectations were met. The location is right on the central mall and very close to the beach and the downtown shopping street. Parking is on street. Every room is different, so that could affect how you view your stay. Ours was second floor, one room back from the second floor porch. That porch is where breakfast buffet is served. We could still see the mall from our window while being close to the porch for buffet and coffee or tea during the day…yet our room...

Old hotel with thin walls and floors, could hear everything on the floor above us. Otherwise, nicely decorated, clean bathroom. I would stay again, but on the top floor.」
