「Customer service was poor. Promises were made about rooms and compensation for issues that could not be resolved. Although the hotel itself was nice and clean. Location was great. The issues with the staff and the rooms made the vacation much more difficult especially for disabled people.」

「So when we got there there was no check in desk and the guy said on text that we need to go across the street to motel 6 to get a key card and pin for our door and when we got to motel 6 the lady said that she doesn’t know anything about the hotel next door and basically the guy lied and scammed us and we didn’t get see our room」

Wherever there was a little space. AC does not exist. We had spa appts, also no AC in the spa. Plus a heat wave did not help. Lonbybwas chaotic. People sitting all over the place, the floor etc. food on the floor. Insane is a mild word. The Room AC was mediocre. Breakfast buffet food and service poor. We could not get...
