「Poor service」

「Really great staff, hospitality and stay. We went for a show at the Stone Pony and it was a pretty quick 12 minute walk to the area. You’re close to everything, and the breakfast included is really cool as well. You can tell that the management cares. Definitely book the private bathrooms!」

「My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House. The room was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The breakfast that was served was delicious and offered a variety of selections. We will definitely be returning for future vacations.」

「Clean and spacious bed and breakfast with lots of charm and amenities. Cookies in the afternoon, coffee and tea available all day, delicious buffet breakfast, towels & chairs for the beach, plenty of porch space to sit and enjoy being outside and half a block from the beach.」

「The Beachliner is clean, comfortable, trendy, and super close to the beach. Bernadette, the Innkeeper, was incredibly helpful and friendly. And, the continental breakfast was very substantial. We will stay here again!」

「Overrated and overpriced for what you get The Berkeley markets itself as a grand oceanfront hotel, but it’s really a tired, rundown motel with a fancy name. At around $800 a night in season, I expected something special, instead the rooms, while spacious, are dated and neglected, with worn furnishings and old fixtures. I also paid for a King Deluxe and got a queen bed. A queen is not a king, and at these prices I expect the room category I paid for. On top of that, a surprise $90-a-night valet...
