「DON'T GO THIS PLACE!!! It didn't say it was a house, it was advertised as a hotel. When I arrived, I had to share the same house with four other families, using the same kitchen and living room! DISGUSTING!!!!! And they charge like a hotel where you have everything private!!!」

「The name Divine Villa & Resorts is very misleading, there’s nothing divine or resort like about this place. If you’re booking this for the cheap price, just know that you’ll get what you pay for. The owner is responsive and seems to be doing his best, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. 「Super sketchy, shared space, bad area, not even close to worth the price. Immediately left upon arrival. Took me to a different place than what I had booked on hotels.com. Stay away」

「The house and room were filthy. The owner was rude and could care less that the images in the description are a misrepresentation of what the conditions actually were. The toilet didn’t work and there was trash on the floor and she said that I’d have to “deal with it” because of the low price. 」

「After I booked the place and got to the destination the owner changed the listing as not available. They ddid not call to notify me. I call the number they provided but the voice man was full. This location is not a hotel it is a house. Also the area of Newark seemed unsafe. It reminds me of the worst parts of Philadlephia. I was very disappointed and would like a refund. 」
