「I can’t explain how dirty and disgusting the room was it was a health hazard. Positive: shower pressure, mini fridge in room, AC was working and very cold, access to beach was amazing and ample parking! Negative: no garbage can in the room, bathroom shower had no shelf all their products were in the floor, shower was disgusting and filthy had to wear flip flops in the shower, vent in the bathroom was covered with black mold, lights in the bedroom didn’t work and covered in black mold it was...

「The cost in relation to other places at this time of year summer, is about the only pay off. You definately sacrifice the rest for sure, staff were decent. The overall condition of the place is quite poor. Rooms cleaned ok, bedding super old and worn. A few pests noticed in the bathroom :-( This kind of establishment would do great to offer its guests at least a light breakfast or coffee, but not even that. The owners could do better. 」

「We have stayed at the Sonesta several times and this time was not great. The pool was closed on 4th of July weekend, and the one amenity we count on, and the reason we book here. No where was it posted -- it should have been clear when booking the room, but we did use a 3rd party to book (Expedia)...for the price, I expect more. The a/c on our floor seemed to be off (saving electricity perhaps) and the rooms were fine.」

「The woman at the front desk (whose name I sadly forget) was the most friendly, helpful, and welcoming ever. The room was immaculate. The cleaning staff did a full cleaning every day, and it was so appreciated. Our room (201) was huge, and we were lucky to have a balcony, kitchenette, and two toilets. The proximity to the pier village area and beach is perfect. Parking was right next to the hotel in a nice, shaded garage on the first floor with super easy access. Highly recommend!」
