"One of the most beautiful hotels in the area. Close to everything and amazing views! "

"The property was well maintained, breakfast had hot food and a good selection of bagels, bread and pastries. I didn't like their policy that guests must make arrangements before 11 am to have their room serviced. It would be much better to have rooms serviced every other day (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday). The rooms were well appointed but the upholstered chairs with a small round table would be better set with a work station and appropriate chair. "

"I loved everything except the rusty shower head and stained bathtub. Everything else in the room was Amazing! I would still come back but hope for another room with a better bathroom. "

"This property was above and beyond anything i expected. The grounds are well kept, the cottages are cozy, beautiful and feels like home. The entire property is very peaceful and breathtaking. I will be staying at that property whenever i visit Carmel or Monterey!"

"We absolutely loved the Pacific Inn for it's cleanliness, very friendly staff and convenience to the local beaches and attractions. The only drawback was the lack of advertised coffee/tea bar in the lobby, but that was overridden by the fact that coffee and tea pods were readily available at the front desk. We would definitely recommend this hotel."

"We eat at the restaurant right before closing. They got us in swiftly. The food was just okay but expensive for what you got. I guess u pay for the location. The room was nice and clean. "

"The Quail Lodge is a good option in the Carmel area. Very nice staff, good dining room, and clean, albeit, dated room. We have no reason not to recommend it."
