Amazing view, pleasant staff. Unfortunately Expedia posted misleading photos of the room options so we didn’t have the two story villa as planned and was extremely disappointed. Not the hotel’s fault, and Helen, the manager, even provided a check in gift as a gesture of good will. Thank you to Kyle for honoring a last minute request and for the excellent customer service.

this hotel is awesome! the rooms are very spacious and open, with great views! we came as a big group and having a small kitchen was really helpful. The surrounding area of the rooms is also gorgeous. If you decide to stay in the hotel half the day, you will enjoy it! we also made bonfires every night and had a blast. The restaurant available is also very convenient with nice views.

This was an odd experience for us. When we booked this ‘resort’, the pictures and property details made it seem like this would be a luxury experience. We had an expectation that this would be a chance to unwind, order room service, etc. While the staff was wonderful, our expectations of the property and amenities were not met. The apartment we stayed in was big but was decorated like a timeshare and not stocked with any towels, the hot tubs were dirty, there was no room service or vegetarian options at the restaurant, and we found ourselves wishing we had stayed somewhere else.
