We only stayed for one night so we did not explore the property per se. Significant renovation work was underway as installation of new stone pathways were being installed. But the work site was clearly marked and clean and quiet during our brief one-night stay. Staffler very friendly at this Budget hotel.

Good price and the parking lot was well lit, which made me feel safe. The place had all the basic amenities I needed. However, the TV had a line on the screen, and the shower head was leaking and didn’t provide enough water pressure.

The ac was great, they were doing work on the pool so lots of debris from that around. It is close to a couple fast food restaurants...It was priced right. My husband went to pick up one of our bags to load, and a bottle of wine broke, I made sure to tell the front desk who handed me a broom and a dustpan to clean up the glass shards..no problem. Easy off and on interstate.

Staff was extremely nice. Room was clean-ish. No complaints about the bed, linens appeared and smelled clean. No thick blanket or extra pillow ..bummer. Bathroom was a little rough, hair in tub. Mold along upper grove of bathtub only one towel for 2 people, but the office did give us more upon request. Cigarette smell despite non smoking room. Plastice bag over the smoke detector.. Walls and doors very thin. Heard every step, sneeze, conversation. Didnt expect much from this place, but overall felt safe and that i slept in a clean bed. Wouldnt go out of my way to stay here again, but its ok in a pinch. Price was a little steep for a place that doesnt offer soap or a mini fridge haha. But it was a holiday weekend, golf event, last minute booking etc. If youre just looking for a place to get some sleep-this is probably ok. If youre trying to relax and enjoy your time here in the Monterrey area-spend the coin somewhere else.
