"It was our family’s first time in Hong Kong and overall the hotel was exceptional. However, the front desk staff during check-in was rude. I believe they should be more polite and willing to answer questions, especially for tourists who may not speak the language. On the other hand, housekeeping was exceptional"

"Although I paid an additional charge (approximately 50% more) to upgrade to a newly renovated room, the value for money was poor. The room was small and overpriced for the rate charged. In addition, the internet connection was very slow, which made it difficult to work during my stay."

"Hotel is located in a good location, if you’re willing to walk a few extra blocks you will be saving hundreds of dollars vs hotels closer to the Harbor. You can get to the Subway, malls, Temple Street, Harbor area 10-15 minutes walk."
