"My 2nd stay within a week was better than the 1st. Got a room at a higher level and facing the other side of the building. Don't expect a great view from anywhere since the hotel is surrounded by highrises. The location is the draw for this hotel as it is very convenient to many tourist spots, close to x2 MTR stations (different lines) and bus stations. This room was larger (not by much) but it's ok as I was staying solo. Should be adequate for x2 people as you should be out most of the time exploring anyways. The room is clean, comfy bed and a small desk for a laptop which is handy. There is bottled water, tea and slippers that are complimentary. The toothpaste is a little weird as it is a pill that you chew and insert your toothbrush into your mouth to swish around. Not a big deal as I brought my own toothpaste and brush. I skipped the b/f this time around as I had more time to get b/f from so many establishments around the area. If you "must" get the b/f there, it's not bad but I would strongly encourage anyone to explore the local restaurants and take in the b/f there. It's cheaper, more local and so many more choices. The wall was quite thin in this new room as I can hear slight mumbling from the next room while I was on the bed. Not a big deal for me but may be for some. Staff is very polite and helpful. No issues with check-in or out as it was quick since there wasn't a tour group there. Getting a taxi could be a challenge as it is not on a large street."

"Breakfast is $156 per person. Dim Sum restaurant is expensive. Our housekeeper is great. One free can of water per guest provided daily. Lots of restaurants on Portland St. close by. Temple St and Women St within 15 to 20 minutes walk. Langham shopping mall is close. Locals all say that the hotel is in a very convenient location."

"Excellent value hotel, less than five minutes walk to the harbour and ferry, and an easy 25-30 min red taxi to and from the airport. Good gym. Pinky, the front desk manager, was extremely helpful when we had a small issue with our room. Very happy to recommend. "

When we got to our room, our luggages were already in the room. Their attentiveness and professionalism made a lasting impression. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a fairly roomy layout that allowed us to relax without feeling cramped. The bed was equally generous in size and extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. One of the most convenient aspects of this hotel is its location — having a shopping mall directly downstairs made everything incredibly accessible, from dining options to last-minute shopping. It added a level of convenience that enhanced our overall experience. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming stay that we would happily return to."
