"housekeeping was excellent, food was great, no complaints. Breakfast buffet seemed to have food for everyone. large hotel is well run from my view. I wish I had been told I could go next door and use the pool, wish I was asked at check in.. I would of done so everyday. I have traveled the world and when buffet style, there is a basket for us to leave a tip cause that's all breakfast costs us and when most people who tip, see the basket and now they can show there appreciation. I tip everyday but it feels awkward? But make me feel good seeing the smiles of the workers for a 2$ tip says it all! Now, shower and check out, lunch and the airport on the shuttle that's a great service! I want to thank you all for a nice relaxing 10 night stay! Kevin O Toronto, Canada"

"The property is reasonable for a budget priced Hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful at Reception and Concierge. Restaurant staff not as much. Breakfast had many choices but aimed towards Asian clients. Room was small, bed comfortable, Bathroom very small. Was nice staying in a less touristy area."

"It would be nice if there is filtered faucet installed water in the room. I booked the room as 3 guests, there was only 1 robe, 2 pairs of guest slippers, and 2 glasses. It would be helpful if a copy of the shuttl was provided as part of check-in."

"Location was easy enough to get to from the airport by bus. Short walk to MTR station and tram line just there. Breakfast had good selection. Our room was clean and very spacious. Efficient service from all staff. Will stay again."

"Hotel was great, staff was super helpful. Restaurant was good, alittle pricey but it’s Disney. Hot tub and pool were nice and relaxing, the movie area could have more comfortable chairs but it was still nice. Having a Disney shop in the hotel was good so we didn’t have to carry merch at the park."
