"To me, service is most important. The house cleaning staff, the receptionist, every receptionist was wonderful. Of course the hotel is right there in MK so it’s very convenient. It’s beautiful and clean with an amazing view!! Easy to get taxi MTR and other public transportation. It’ll be my go to hotel from now on"

"Everything about this hotel was great, breakfast was vast and plentiful. Rooms were clean and spacious, pool was big and wet and the whole place smelt luxurious. The staff could not be more helpful and we had a great time. Will 100% be coming back."

"The hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I had an allergic reaction to the detergent they used on the sheets (this has never happened before). They gave me new bedding and there were no issues - so I wonder if they weren't rinsed well. Very loud neighbors."
