"Reception staff very polite and helpful, F&B Staff are very hard working but buffet breakfast around 9am is chaotic as it seems to be 1 x staff down, food are replenished quickly by the awesome chefs but the floor staff were swamped, cups / glasses / coffee machine / plates were constantly running out from 9am onwards"

"The staff were helpful and attentive. We had late flight in the evening on the day of check out. The hotel allowed us until 6pm to use the spa facilities to shower. The old negative iis the rooms were not very clean."

"To me, service is most important. The house cleaning staff, the receptionist, every receptionist was wonderful. Of course the hotel is right there in MK so it’s very convenient. It’s beautiful and clean with an amazing view!! Easy to get taxi MTR and other public transportation. It’ll be my go to hotel from now on"
