It's located on the quiet harbour side of Kowloon's business district and is quiet in the evenings but still has good access to the vibrant part of the city. It's rooftop pool and restaurants, especially the breakfast buffet, are really excellent.

Extremely comfortable place to stay particularly as i was arriving from China by the High Speed Rail and was proceeding to HK Airport the next morning. This is a place I'm sure I'll stay at again as an alternative to the Island where i've generally stayed. The 76th swimming pool was absolutely superb clean, quiet so really good for lengths ; and what a view !
