「The room door was very loose. There was a weird attached outdoor space with a sink, stove, microwave and table. The door to the space had no lock, and the blind on the door window was broken and didn't close. There was no coffee maker, or even a box of Kleenex. We left as soon as we woke up.」

「Room was not very clean. I understand being a dog friendly hotel but the room smelled very bad like dog and there was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the sink. I also washed a cockroach down the drain in the shower. Not our typical Hampton Inn experience. Would not choose to stay at this hotel again. The staff were very friendly.」

「I loved the oldness of the property. It felt like a room out of Dirty Dancing. The staff was very friendly and we ate dinner there and the food was high quality! There are no house phones in our room nor a mini-fridge, but the view is phenomenal!」

「The property is great and all workers are wonderful. The only downside is some of the people staying there are absolute “clowns” to say the least. They allow their children to run around in the room well past midnight and don’t care about any of the other guest. Classic entitlement syndrome but that should not reflect poorly on the employees so I still give 5-stars.」

「Bedbugs upon arrival. Unfortunately, because it was late at night, there was no maid service to help. Room facing the parking lot so couldn't sleep because the lights coming from the lot. Curtains did not help much as high still went into the room. Only positive was the location as I needed to be close to the hospital.」

「The property and staff were wonderful as usual. Our issue is that they now charge for parking. This fee is new, as we have stayed here many times in the past. This property is not in a location that would need to have exclusive rights to parking and charging to park here is ridiculous. The hotel is located in an area all by itself. It is not the actual amount of the fee that is upsetting, it's the principal of an unexpected add-on nuisance fee. This parking fee even though it is a small...
