"The hotel was simply spectacular. The room was spacious with a fantastic view. If staying around Namba station is what’s you’re looking for then this is a great option. The swimming pool looks a bit dated and needs a bit of renovation to bring it up to par with the rest of the wonderful building but is more than adequate. All in all I would definitely stay again."

"We stayed at Mercure Tokyu Stay Osaka Namba for 3 nights as a group of 3 and overall had a good stay. The hotel itself looks very modern and stylish, and the atmosphere throughout the property was really nice. The room was generally clean and comfortable, although I did notice a few spots in the bathroom that could have been cleaned better. The lighting in the room created a really nice vibe and cozy atmosphere, but it was a little dim at times — sometimes you just want a fully bright room option. Aside from that, the room worked well for our stay. The location is excellent, especially if you want to explore Osaka’s popular areas. It’s very close to Dotonbori and a nearby Don Quijote Dotonbori, with lots of restaurants and shopping around. The station is within walking distance as well, although it can feel like a bit of a walk when carrying luggage. Still manageable though. One really convenient feature was the washing machine and dryer available at the hotel, and the instructions were available in English which made it easy to use. The only downside was that the laundry cycle took quite a long time to finish. Staff were friendly and helpful during both check-in and check-out, and overall we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend it for the location and convenience. "

"This is the 3rd time I stayed at Hotel Nikko Osaka and we picked the Executive Double Room with Club Lounge Access. It’s a bit disappointing because lack of snack / drinks options in the lounge. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious as we paid NZ$580 per night. Well, I will try another 5-star hotel when I come to Osaka in the future. "

"Air conditioning was very bad during our stay. Even with the AC fan set to high, it barely felt like any air was coming out. The thermostat was set to 20°C, which is the lowest setting, but the room still felt very hot, especially at night. We stayed for 3 nights and were sweating every night because of how warm the room was. We complained to the front desk multiple times, but they said they could not do anything about it. They also did not have fans to provide. One staff member even suggested using the humidifier as a fan. If you are coming from a cold place or you are a hot sleeper, I would recommend choosing a different hotel."

"The hotel was great. The staff were very welcoming. The room was clean and enough space for our family of 4. The a hotel was just steps away from the train station and walking distance to great food and Dontonbori . We had an amazing stay and will definitely stay here again."

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, very convenient and close to shopping, restaurants, and transport. The room was not very big (just enough for a couple with 2 big luggages) but very comfortable, clean, and my spouse and I could relax properly. What stood out most was the excellent service from the hotel staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. They served very good breakfast too. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely stay here again!"

"Very nice hotel. 24hrs beverage and coffee station. The breakfast was decent. Lots of option. 5 minutes walk to Dotonbori. Staff were amazing. Will stay here again for sure!"
