"I would say my stay there was excellent and the staff was very helpful when requested to be. The down fall to me was it did lot offer a spa or pool facility, which after the huddle and bustle of walking through the street of Osaka, one is tired and sweaty and it would have been great to have those available. The pool table was good but they did not have any chalk for the pool sticks which makes playing a little challenging. Over all I had a good time."
