"Property location was right at dontonburi. Very Convienent. Close to subway lines. The trade off is how packed the hotel was. There was constantly a line up to use the elevators. One of the elevators was out of service and there were no stairs. Rooms were not very clean when we checked in. There was also 3 laundry machines for a very large and busy hotel which were always in use. The hotel staff however was great and helpful. They let us check our bags before check in so we could explore while we waited"

"We stayed for 3 nights in this busy (lots of foot traffic in & out) hotel. The first 2 nights there were 3 of us (wife & daughter) then two of us for the night. I would give this hotel a five star rating except for one thing. It's just too dark in the room. Whoever designed the facility favored style over practicality. The rooms are black & lighting is sparse...my advice would be to bring a flashlight so you can find things like electrical outlets and see the amenities. The lack of light is also in the bathroom & sink areas... As for the good, we had a room with washer/dryer...very convenient for a long trip to Japan. Also there is a microwave, small fridge and freezer. The room was NOT small by Japanese standards...plenty of room for suitcases etc though as usual there were no drawers or shelves to put clothes on. The location is fabulous if you want to be a block from Don Quijote & the Dotonbori. There are 7-11's & Family Marts galore and there seems to be a restaurant every other shop, The hotel is a $20 cab ride from the shinkansen station. We had breakfast outside of the hotel...the pizza place across the street has a nice one. Oh yes, the elevators have colored neon lights on the floor...so if you susceptible to dizziness, beware. So I would heartily recommend this hotel if you want to be in the middle of the Namba area...it's certainly not quiet out on the streets. Bring a flashlight and this is a 5 star review."

"I really enjoyed the hotel and the room was great, very spacious and comfortable. Next time I plan to stay a bit more central in Shinsaibashi, even though the hotel is very close to the area I would like to feel like more a part of the action. I really enjoyed the hustle and bustle in Shinsaibashi and when staying here felt like I was bit more out of the action with all of the fancy shops in and around the hotel’s building. If you are looking to stay in a high end hotel then this is a great option."

"The hotel is clean is looks new but the room is so small. The bath on 4th floor was amazing. Everything is there. Buffet was good too. Need more desserts."
