had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. What really stood out was the location super convenient and close to everything. Easy access to public transportation, great local restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing spots just a short walk away. I felt safe and relaxed the entire time. Highly recommend for both solo travelers and families!

Hotel is clean and staff are very helpful. Masachi helped us a lot in trasnporting our luggage to our next hotel. Most of all, I love the location. It’s near the subway and dotonbori.

This hotel is conveniently located for exploring Osaka: it’s very close to the shopping in Shinsaibashi and the Osaka loop station, and about a 10 min walk to Dotonbori. The staff is very helpful too — they were quick to respond to my emails, and they kindly helped arrange for our luggage to be forwarded to our next destination. (FYI they only seem to offer a laundry service but we found a coin laundromat nearby).

Really good hotel

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They helped us forward our luggage, nothing was too much trouble for them. The beds were a bit hard but i found them comfortable. The room was clean with plenty of amenities. The hotel is located so close to the subway and also within walking distance to Dotonburi

Convince of the smoking room on the forth floor. The restaurant attached was ideal and the staff there were amazing. Only thing I wish was different was the fact the would come in and clean without being asked to.

Great location, convenient very clean just was very small for me I m 5ft 10 in and weight 188 and I had some struggles on the room I’m, basically it’s just to sleep also no window access.

We’d stayed at this Hearton hotel before and appreciated its convenient location and cleanliness. However, we were disappointed with the following during this stay: - The floor of our guest room was pretty dirty despite the room being cleaned by housekeeping everyday. It appeared that the floor wasn’t vacuumed as we found clumps of long hair which was probably left by previous occupants and even a coin on the ground. - The daily breakfast at the cafe opposite the hotel was a letdown. In addition to its limited spread and palatability, the same food was served everyday throughout the 8 days that we were there.
