"Room was small but great layout, very comfortable. Property was easy to find & access. Staff was attentive and resolved the questions I had. Would stay again without thinking it twice."

"Overcharging for everything. Parking cost not mentioned (or hidden) during booking, later got email that parking is 40+tax, but on property was charged 45+tax=52. One day later they charged another 3, even though we didn't use any of their bottled water or other things in the room. No complimentary b-fast. Elevator smelled terrible. Similar smell in some hallways. "

"Our overall stay was just okay. Staff at check in was very friendly and cleaning staff was very friendly as well. We had trouble with our card getting out of the parking structure and the security officer was so annoyed, rolling his eyes that he had to come and assist us. Throughout our stay the elevators were not working. The game room was cool. One fire pit was not working.it was hard to get access to a fire pit throughout our stay to use our smores kit but it’s a cool amenity. Overall we didn’t spend much time in our room so it was oka. Not terrible do the price. Also walking distance to fisherman’s wharf and Alcatraz pier so we didn’t use our car majority of the trip. Hope this is helpful to first timers. "

"The staff was amazing and lobby was also amazing! For the price we paid it was a lot nicer than most hotels at comparable pricing we have stayed at previously in other big cities. It was 65$ additional to bring our cat but they hooked it up with a small bottle of wine so no Complaints here. All other hotels say they only welcome dogs when booking. "

"Been staying here for an annual conference for almost a decade -- very consistent/reliable/comfortable with excellent service. Free daily coffee/cookies/fruit is a nice, reliable treat. Only real knock is that there's no dedicated AC (just ceiling fans and standing fans), but I've always been able to control the room temp reliably. Will be back next year!"
