「Extremely friendly staff went above and beyond to help me and my partner. The room was clean and sleeping on a traditional futon was a fun experience. My partner and I never slept better! The traditional bath was nice as well. There’s shared toilets separated between male and female. The toilet room was always clean, smell good, and had a heated seat. 「It is a very lovely homestay - super yummy food (they must have a chef), very kind and helpful host, very chill and comfortable environment. We feel welcomed and well looked after. My son enjoyed it so much, he fed the fishes in the garden multiple times, and also feed the swans at the lake, at the recommendation of the host grandpa! It's not a luxury hotel, but definitely worth every penny you pay.」

「The lady who guided us to our room was very warm and polite. Later on, we would occasionally encounter her in the restaurant, outside the hot springs and different floors. She seemed to recognize us and greeted us each time, with a courteous attitude that made us feel her genuine hospitality. Sadly, the general attitude of the front desk staff was average; sometimes they would act as if they didn’t see the guests and appearing indifferent.
