「It was clean and quiet. Nice place to stay 」

「Booked this room for a member of our team. When he arrived he found blood on the bed linens of one bed and hair in the bed linens of the other. The staff offered another room but he decided to stay somewhere different. In their correspondence with me they stated that this person “was looking for a high end hotel” and I took exception to that bc no one expects blood and hair in their bed linens regardless of amenity expectations. I finally got my refund through Expedia.」

「​The staff were very welcoming and friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The floor was not properly cleaned, I found a bug in the bathroom, and the hairdryer was even sticky, looking like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. While the service was great, the overall cleanliness definitely needs improvement.」

「Breakfast was great; many choices. Staff always helpful and friendly. Wednesday night offered free drinks & dinner! The room was large, but one bed had an old mattress :(. The property is a bit old, but is well maintained. Our only complaint is that there was not daily room service. Towels did not dry unless I left the bathroom light/ fan on 24/7. I was able to pick up a clean set of towels from the front desk, but went 2 days in a row without room service & piles of wet towels on the floor....

「Dalvonta at the front desk was one of the best customer service people ive ever encountered. From check in, during the stay, till check out. Ive been in customer service my entire life. I'm 48. Truly top notch. The hotel itself is great, very clean and next to many places to eat, drink, and shop. 5 stars and 100%recommend. You wont be disappointed.」

「Property looks nice outside. Rooms are dated with rust on drawer handles. No rust on facets. Could have been cleaner. Ceiling spots of a black something in vanity area. Did not put my items in any furniture provided.」
