「Staff is terrible. After being told we couldn’t check in until management did a walk through of our suite, we found actual drugs in our suite so we let the front desk know by phone. Got passed around on the phone then was asked to come down stairs to talk to the manager. Honestly I thought us having to leave our room was horrible customer service but decided not to throw a fuss over it. 「The lobby area was tidy and clean. The vending machines were cash/coin only, which can be an inconvenience for guests - in this age of tap and go, not being able to use a card can be frustrating. The room was clean, but missing piece of wooden trim at the base of the tub gave a run-down and neglected appearance.」
