「The staff was very professional. I was greeted the moment I entered the lobby. I arrived in town earlier than expected and asked if they could accommodate an early check-in. Even though they were fully booked, I still managed to get an early room. The room and hotel were clean. The breakfast was excellent and well presented. Every staff member I interacted with throughout the property was very friendly. A special thanks to Valerie, the front desk manager, for her assistance during my stay. 」
