"Saw Roach crawling across hall going to room. One night while getting in bed wife sae another roach on bed spread. Room had 2 tvs one facing couch did not come on at all and the tv facing the bed could not be tuned to channels. Complimentary breakfast was barely warm and no difference for 3 days we were there. All we did was sleep there but really should have left after one day."

"Arrived to be told that our room was canceled. Hotels.com was not made aware either. We got there at 9:30pm. The lady at the desk was overly rude and offered absolutely no explanation whatsoever. When I was able to get an agent for Hotels.com (45 minutes of holding) they contacted the property and was advised that they canceled the booking due to overbooking. We had to search for another room which ended up being 25 minutes away. "

"Room was large and spacious. The full kitchen was one of the perks we were looking for. Parking is limited. Sofa bed was dirty with crumbs and debris. We had to request a vacuum to clean it up. Dishwasher had dirty dishes from previous occupier. No extra trash bags in room. Despite the issues, we would stay here again for the two bedrooms, two baths, and full kitchen. "

"Stayed 2 days the room booked here was not honored. Was told the room doesn’t equal the same. When I booked a suite. The told me the rooms equals to a king handicap room.Was given a double bed room because apparently there were no suites available.The last day I was there the house keeper invaded our room twice at 8am and 10am l. Knocking on the door and walking into the room. My family and I definitely uncomfortable. When we were leaving asked her name and the name she gave me the front desk lady said she didn’t know her…said she would have the manager call me to accommodate my experience but never received a call. 14 dollars a day for parking. And the parking deck is nasty. Trash and what looked to be old parts to the hotel In the parking desk. Definitely will not be booking here ever again. "
