「Best part beds were comfortable and clean, the pool was nice too. As a disclaimer, the hotel did say that guests with pets would get smoking rooms. But the property is smoke free. So that means these rooms were in the past used as smoking rooms and you could still smell the smoke. So if you don’t mind a property that needs work, but the beds and towels are clean, this is your place.」

「We have stayed at the Burgundy Hotel many times when coming to Little Rock. It's very conveniently located and the rooms are nice. Diara, one of the associates at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Overall, our stay went well. Just one hiccup- we were traveling with our pet Maltese, and I call ahead to find out the hotel's policy and was told that the pet fee would be $200 at which point I asked if it was refundable and the associate checked with a manager while I was on the phone...
