"Checked in on 3/13/26. We arrived around 12:00 pm. I asked to check in early but was informed of fee. Receptionist was kind and apologetic about it but we understood. We asked if we could leave our bags, she kindly placed in the office. We asked about an airport shuttle, she kindly said to just come down at 4:00 am and it would not be a problem. We returned to check in around 7:00 pm and a new receptionist was very different. He said it was his first day. I asked about the airport shuttle and he said the earliest would be at 5:30 am and that we were supposed make arrangements. The earlier shuttles were already filled. Our flight was at 6:15 am. He went on to say how he had to deal with all of this turmoil and went on to tell us about the government shut down and how he his friend told him pilots were being told to just land wherever they were. I wondered how does all of this affect my shuttle to the airport the next morning. We were able to place our names down for the 4:30 am shuttle. Next morning we came down at 4:00 am and the receptionist was very helpful and said the shuttle will be back in 5 mins. We were able to get on the next shuttle, which only had two of us, and was at the airport by 4:20. The person driving the shuttle on 3/14/26 early that morning was everything you would expect in the hospitality field. Very kind, helpful, uplifting and conversational. He loves his job and deserves a raise. Great representative of Comfort Inn & Suites"

"We had a spill on the floor and when we wiped it up, the cloths were black. That is how dirty the floor was. Sheets and beds were clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no coffee pot available in our room."
