"Have stayed at hotel before and will do so again. Essentially, it is value for money. Good, spacious room, plenty to offer at breakfast, option to dine in in the evening if you are not going out. As a solo traveller, it is very welcoming. Near the town centre and beach, so ticks all boxes."

"The hotel is located within a short walk of Bournemouth centre. There is plenty of free parking onsite. The rooms do seem dated, but they are clean and contain everything you need. Check in was quick and easy and the hotel is well priced."

"We had a wonderful stay, the whole experience exceeded expectations. However a few point for improvement to make it a true 5 star experience. Another bigger / faster lift is required or easier access to the outdoor pool area via the ramp, for my mother who is 82. The aircon in our upgraded room (326) did not cool the room to the required temp and sleeping was difficult. In addition more sun umbrellas and more comfortable sun lounger's would make the outdoor pool facilities spectacular. Apart from that it was wonderful, all the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful and the breakfast and other food was great."

"The hotel was clean, the parking was awkward as one car blocked another in. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was no information in the room about food or entertainment. The hotel was old fashioned but roomy. We had very hot weather but a fan was provided in the room, didn't make a lot of difference!! The lift was small for such a large hotel, only taking 5 people at a time. However it is near the sea with lovely views over Bournemouth and the seafront from the nearby gardens."
