「I have given a low score because I booked for breakfast and a superior room. There was no breakfast and our bathroom was across the corridor which would have been ok but the shower just trickled out there were instructions due to low pressure but it was cold in there and couldn’t have a full shower. The bins were not emptied and tea and coffee not replaced there was milk sachets left which had been opened. The room was so small it was difficult for me and my husband to comfortably get ready...

「Second stay, again excellent all round」

「A small room that facing main road. Only 1 towel provided for each guest.」

「the room is clean and comfortable, but the bed sheet and quilt are a bit torn out. Time to replace with new ones.」

「The hotel was quite dated but rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.」

Move the tap one millimeter and you go from boiling to freezing. The towels were yellow with stains. On the off chance you find one seemingly safe enough to use, the fluff sheds like a German shepherd in the summer. For £200+ a night the room was small with no air conditioning. All they give you is a measly fan that sounds like it’s on life...
