The hotel was in a good location , not far from the sea front. Good location for food and drink. The hotel is opposite the BIC (Bournemouth international centre) Service was great everyone so helpful and friendly. Food was excellent and they caterer for gluten free.

AJ is amazing

The place needs a bit of TLC but the Receptionist AJ is a super star and was so friendly and supportive. Breakfast was ok but nothing special, a bit cold and no fresh fruit choice. I will stay again purely due to good location
