「The breakfast was varied and fresh. The staff were excellent, Yuko on reception and Tom who looked after us with afternoon tea, where both exceptional and a credit to the hotel, both were very professional and polite. The afternoon tea was superb, and the bar lounge area was very comfortable in front of an open fire Parking felt safe, we had a Horsebox which was cater for.」

「It's a rare joy to find a hotel with in room controlled aircon. I'd rebook just for that! The hotel is a grand old place and parking is a nightmare. But it's well situated with a sea walk just yards from your door and a surprisingly quiet location close to town.」

「You will hear the sound of wood platform while other guess walking around. This ok to me as I live in a lousy place. It would be a problem for those request absolute quiet.」

「Very helpful and friendly and clean. Very reasonable price to stay for the night in Bournemouth, Would definitely recommend the lodge if you are heading to Bournemouth. We went to see a concert at the pavilion, only a 15 minutes walk back to the hotel. 」

「*There is a lot of negative comments around the hotel , but i wouldn't believe them* Overall I had no issues with azure hotel. The location was great , the roo. Was very clean and included a fridge. Parking was £12 for the night. Check in was over the road at a sister hotel. 」
