Lovely staff, very clean and room was beautifully decorated with little extras like chocolates. Nice toiletries and biscuits too. Breakfast omelette was first class. Definitely recommend!

We have just returned home from an excellent 5 night stay at Balincourt. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The accomodation was top class and the breakfast options very good. The location couldn't have been more convenient with bus stops adjacent and a pub opposite.

Great find in Bournemouth

Exceptional stay. Room was spacious and decor was to a very high standard. Very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice of hot and cold food. Quiet location and would highly recommend.

Beautiful property with large, clean room and a nice beverage and breakfast lounge. Walking distance to town. Stocked with teas, coffee, water, cookies, hot chocolate, and chocolates. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean and excellent dining area although the room was a bit dated. Could do with modernising TBH. Excellent staff, Commodities in room very good. Good parking facilities and quiet even though it's situated on a main road.

Stunning flowers at the front of the building set the scene for this lovely little gem. The property and the grounds are clean, well kept, the owners clearly take great pride in their business. Little touches in the bedroom, bottled water, chocs plus the usual tea/ coffee facilities. Fantastic location, easy to get to town/ beach. On a main road served well by local transport, but not at all noisy. A lovely stay, thank you.

The staff were awesome ,extremely helpful! Be prepared to climb stair to get to and from room. My room was lovely, clean and comfortable! Nice size roomy!! Quiet The breakfast options great!! I enjoy walking so location is good!

As reported TV not functioning, parking extremely tight for my SUV. Overall impression house is worn out, a bit of rust in one place, cracked or missing silicon in others. Staff very good and friendly. Don’t think Expedia should call this five star, there is no restaurant, just drinks bar and breakfast

Disappointed overall.

Booked a Superior double room. The main room blinds were broke so we could not let any daylight into our room. Bathroom sink plug kept getting stuck. Bath water temperature would not decrease so had to use kettle to cool the bath to a safe level before bathing. Not really superior in my opinion.The host was pleasant and serving staff friendly. Never saw anybody manning the bar in the evening so no nightcaps!

A real hidden gem!! My wife and I had a great weekend break to celebrate her 60th birthday at the Balincourt Guest House. The whole place has a lovely vibe very clean with great service at breakfast with loads of options. We definitely return.
