「It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK 」

「Excellent overall experience. The place was within walking distance to the beach. Parking was included in the stay. Place was clean, very comfortable mattress, hosts were extremely pleasent to stay with. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely use the hotel again.」

「Was forwarded details for self check in & clear instructions meant it was hassle free. Didn't encounter any staff during my visit, only stayed 1 night & there was a contact number provided but I didn’t need to call for any assistance. Lots of options for breakfast & room was clean & tidy. Self check out was also clearly explained. 」

「Really great little b&b. The owners were really friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was great. 20 min walk from the train station, 5 minute walk from Boscombe beach (little less busy than Bournemouth beach which was ideal for us). Room was clean, really cute and had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here!! 」
