The room was perfect for what we needed. The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. The hotel itself is a little tired, but clean and well presented. The location is AMAZING with a short walk to a lifeguard maintained beach. Very happy with our stay

The staff on reception desk were very helpful and made sure we had no problems accessing our room , as my wife has just had knee surgery. The pool area needed some maintenance and the hotel in general needs attention. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the English breakfast was fresh and hot. The bar area was lovely and clean. Staff were very polite and prices were reasonable. We didn’t eat in the bar but the food that other people ordered looked tasty.

Staff were lovely, breakfast was very good and the gym was useful to have. Unfortunately the pool was too small to have a proper swim in. I had a single room so it was ok but the bathroom was a bit cramped. Some hotels provide a double bed for single occupancy, but I appreciate that this is an older hotel so there is not much they can do about space.

Friendly old hotel. Staff good. Breakfast was good, but maybe some fried bread, ham & cheese, especially as it appeared to cater for older people like me! Cleaning of room was a bit hit & miss. Nice room though, although my friends was smaller & boiling, even though we had paid the same. Choice of pillows & a fridge with water would be good. Swam a couple of times in the small pool, but didnt use gym. Afraid the evening meals were not to our liking, but plenty of places elsewhere. Short walk down to the beach or into town. Bus stop outside which was handy. Would go back if it was nearer.

Have had a lovely short break staying at hotel Staff were excellent and very helpful. Food both breakfast and evening meal was hot and even happy to cook us some poached eggs for breakfast which was appreciated. Bedroom was clean and tidy and enjoyed the air con in room. Hotel is tired and dated and could do with a refurb but happy to stay again which will do very soon. Thank you to all the hotel staff for making our stay enjoyable
