"The gym and pool facilities are great and really made our visit. Room was comfortable and the bathroom newly refurbished. 10 min walk into town which made everything convenient. Would stay again."

"Stayed for one night but had a very friendly welcome. Room was clean and modern with only some outdated features. Bar is open all night and car park is clean and well maintained. It was quite warm in the room as radiators were on full blast but was very comfortable once turned down."

"Stayed here for an event at the BIC. Ideal as only a 10 minute walk. Hotel nice and clean and staff friendly. Room well presented and laid out. Our only let downs were the bed, very very firm mattress which ment an uncomfortable nights sleep. Breakfast, not a bad selection just better quality ingredients on the hot side of things needed. Parking, advise you get there early as it’s only a small car park with tight spaces and it’s shared with the Hilton next door. "

"Filthy rooms, damp windows riddled in mould. Emailed the manager was offered money of a return stay, have asked for a refund but he won’t reply now. No warning if a party which was extremely loud and coming through the floors, the receptionist was rude, yawning and disinterested. Tv controller had only one battery in it. Dirty walls."

In walking distance of the city centre, beach, and ocean view walking path. Will definitely stay again. Your staff are a credit to you. Oh. Enjoyed the pantry goodies on the first floor landing. The shortbread cookies went down a treat with a cup of tea."
