Yes I always stay here when visiting friends in Boscombe A basic hotel but clean reasonably priced and the guy who runs it Raj isalovely bloke.

I was able to park right outside for no charge and was welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff, who carried my bag to my room. The room was lovely and the bed was so comfy with beautiful soft linen! I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Great choice for a one night or short trip

A final stop on my holiday before catching the ferry home. This was ideally situated about 1/2 drive away and a chance to see Boscombe pier and beach to enjoy my last evening.

These owners were very considerate of guests. The hotel building is older but our room was freshly painted and the bathroom was newly remodeled. I'm not sure why they named it the spa hotel. We didn't see anything relating to a spa there. Maybe it's a historic spa town?

Really friendly welcome when we arrived. Room was big with lots of space, plenty of wardrobe space and places to put suitcases. Plenty of coffee/tea on offer with a couple of water bottles which was nice. Beds were super comfortable! Parking wasnt great (busy street so not hotels fault), when we arrived their car park was full so we parked on the street.

Cheap and cheerful family run hotel, good position, quiet. Comfortable room, friendly owner. No prizes for breakfast, we only tried on first morning.

Easy to find, plenty of parking spaces, lovely host greeting us upon arrival - the room was incredibly clean and tidy, very spacious and had all of the amenities you’d expect. Easy walking distance to town centre, no more than 5mins. Highly recommend.

The owner was delightful and helpful. I had booked a 2 night stay and later added an additional night in a different room to facilitate an early start for a course and avoid a long drive from home before a long day of learning. As space was available, I was offered the same room for all 3 nights which was really helpful. The room was beautifully clean and the facilities perfect. I don't eat breakfast so cannot comment on the food, but it smelt delicious. As a solo traveller I felt safe and welcomed The only reason I have dropped a star is the night noise on 2 of the 3 nights. This was no fault of the owner who was also disturbed and dealt with the issue on both occasions. The fault lay with other anti-social guests and clearly the owner cannot control that.

What an incredible stay here! The location is fantastic for the beach, the hotel was clean and the features in the room were beautiful, not to mention the fact we were able to check in early and were helped by the lovely woman who was working at the time who informed us of the air show which made our sons trip! We have already decided we will be returning again next summer for the air show! Thank you once again for a brilliant stay!

Very good family stay

Raj was welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean, great touches with bottled water and guest Netflix for the kids. Very comfortable beds, much better than most hotel chains. Parking was available and ample street parking too. Short walk to the beach and appeared to be a safe area. Would stay again.

Located close to the beach and a short walk in to town. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean albeit a little small but I expected that with this being a B&B. Breakfast was good and served in a spacious dining room.
