「Clean room. Everything worked. Friendly front desk staff. Would stay again.」

「I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the staff. It was a quick check in time, easy check out. The only inconvenience was the lack of parking. There was an event going on so there was no parking we had to drive around a few times and then park in a handicap spot until something opened up. Other than that we had a great time. Food recommendations were a 5/5! 」

「The room was perfect for the 2 nights we stayed. The front desk lady was so nice and accommodating when we asked to stay another night. Very clean and comfortable bed. The location is perfect for the beach. 」

「Managerial staff suck There was a blizzard and loss of power/heat/hot water They wanted us to pay full price to stay more night! Jerks! They also did not hire anyone to plow the parking lot so everyone remainder stranded for days. We dug ourselves out. 」

「The welcome building is terrible. After a long drive we needed to use the restroom. It was behind the check-in desk and worst than a gas station restroom. Toilet couldn't flush and it was dirty and unkept. The outside of the property is in need of repairs. Very shabby looking. The first room we looked at was dingy looking and smelled stale. The second room was decent.」

「Wonderful place. You can tell they take a lot of pride with this property. The room was really comfortable and exceptionally clean. The decor was pleasing and unlike any other motel I have stayed in. Check in was easy and during my 3 night stay it was very quiet. Which was greatly appreciated. I’d recommend Founders Brook Motel and Suites to everyone. Thank you for this gem. I’ll definitely be back」

「The staff were respectful and accommodating. Checked in at my room in the evening. Everything was clean and orderly no smells, quiet hallways. The next morning I went to shower there was hair on the tub floor and stains on my towel. It wasn’t to the point of unbearable nastiness but stuff I shouldn’t be looking at while checking into a hotel. Other than that my stay was calm and pleasant. 」

「They overbook It and promise give refund. But they don't give me back the money. And terrible service. So slow transfer us to another hotel at 1 am. The staff don't show any sorry！」

「Room was clean and the desk person was very courteous. Hotel appeared to be recently renovated and had a very comfortable bed. Very basic set up though. Could use USB outlets, a sitting chair and an additional shade/curtain that allows sunlight in while maintaining privacy. 」
