「Check-in was quick and seamless, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The property itself is beautifully maintained and very inviting. The only downside was that the outdoor pools were closed during our stay. Since we were only there for one night, that was a very disappointing. 」

「Great location to beach. Resort has 3 pools, including an adult pool and 2 bars! Room was very spacious with mini dining table including dishes and silverware. Every floor had free laundry, best amenity for family beach resort so we didn't have to rewaer wet bathing suits. Staff was outstanding. Only 1 elevator was working. 「Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement」

「I always try to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bluffton whenever I visit Hilton head Island. I check in and visit with my elderly relatives frequently and have found over the past years that this has been the best cleanest, safest hotel that is closest to the island. I have also stayed here recently during the last two hurricanes, not knowing that the hotel was safe and hurricane proof. during the hurricane season because it is hurricane proof. The staff is excellent and a shout out to Damon...
