"This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago. The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. The entire location is immaculate, from the rooms, to the pool area, the restaurants, the bar, reception and the gym. Fantastic hotel, pools, all inclusive, rooms were perfect for sharing - 2 per room (make sure you message in advance for this), we went for 3 nights, the weather, saxophone player around the pool, restaurants. Only niggle was music turning off at midnight. This hotel is a super fun hotel… not for anyone who wants a quiet getaway. "
