We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「La habitación estaba muy bien, al igual que el buffet, muy variado y para todos los gustos. Las piscinas bien pero en la principal era difícil conseguir tumbona. No me gustó entrar a las 4 de la tarde cuando mi entrada era a las 2 y las salidas deben ser a las 12. No entendí muy bien que pasó pero agradezco al alojamiento por el regalo de dos consumiciones y poder disfrutar de las instalaciones. Hotel muy animado, a 2 min del paseo y tiendas.」

We booked all inclusive option which had great options and food and beverages (including beers and wines). Inside the hotel, there are souvenir shop, mini market, slot machine games & billiards, theater and outdoor facilities (climbing, tennis, basketball, football, golf & volley court Entertainment Activities every day to entertain kids and adults. 「Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.」

「The classes at Activate were great. The children’s playroom was immaculate and beautifully designed. Our apartment and balcony with jacuzzi was incredible. The jacuzzi was definitely worth getting!!」
