There was no one available to help with luggage, which was a huge issue since the rooms involve very steep stairs and there is no elevator. Additionally, the showers are very outdated and quite dirty. Overall, this was definitely not the experience we were hoping for. Very disappointing, and the staff was extremely unpleasant"

This place is a glorified 2-star motel with a predatory pricing model.We paid $300 per night only to be given a room with a depressing view of the parking lot—which, by the way, they charged us an additional $19 per day just to use.The "included breakfast" was an insult. There were no eggs, no bagels, and shockingly, no coffee. Instead, they served frozen sandwiches that looked like they were bought in bulk from a dollar store.Save your money and stay elsewhere. Paying premium prices for bottom-of-the-barrel service and views is a total scam. Avoid at all costs."

"Good location, right at the 7mi bridge. Very quiet at night. Lots of amenities on location - convenience store, restaurant, boat rentals, bicycles, plenty of free parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the kitchen was nice to have."
