"We had a great stay. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great. Parking is reasonable and easy. Location is pretty good. Convenient to use public transportation. There is some noise from the highway right outside. My only complaint is they didn’t empty our trash on the 2nd day housekeeping visit and skipped servicing our 2nd room even though it had the “maid service please” door hanger out. Overall we had a great stay!"

"Very convenient stay near the airport for final 3 nights in Boston. Free shuttle for early morning flight, and a short walk through the park across the street to get to the train station quickly and easily connecting to all the downtown Boston historic sites, restaurants and shops. Bonus is Santarpias Pizza in East Boston which is a 5 minute walk. Excellent pizza. Embassy Suites does daily housekeeping too so our room was fresh and clean. My only complain was an annoyance, I forgot to bring a cork screw so went to the bar to ask if I could borrow one. I was very surprised to be told he could not loan me one because it was against state law or state regulations for guests to cork their own bottles. I have travelled globally extensively, and this is literally the first time ever I heard something like this - and quite sure it was because they prefer guests buy from their bar. (I later confirmed with a friend of mine who is a Boston attorney that this is not true.). Anyway - ended up just walking down the street and buying one. "
