「The only nice thing about this hotel is Sara at the front desk. Location is in the middle of nowhere, can’t walk anywhere. You can have conversations through the walls. The Cala is beautiful but not worth staying in. The beds were like rocks. I left early as this was an unpleasant stay. 」

「The location is good, close to bus lines to the centre of the city. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the place is impeccable.
However, not all amenities are as advertised, as the Hotel is not completely finished. The pool, the cafeteria and gym etc. are still under construction.」

「Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating:
1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful.
2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport.
3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted.
4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor...

「I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay. On the day of our check-in, a loud party at the poolside continued until 11 PM. The noise level was disruptive enough that resting was impossible. I had to complain to the front desk multiple times before any action was taken, and I noted several other guests doing the same.
