"The hotel was wonderful. Great location. The breakfast buffet was very good. Many choices. Enjoyed the 5th floor bar/ hangout, and the 6th floor over look. Again a great location to the historic center. Also found y that their recommended taxi service was wonderful at a comparable price to Uber. We didn't realize this until Uber driver didn't respond in a timely fashion and they got us a cab which was around same as Uber but nicer cab."

"10/10 on everything. I’m from America but I lived here in Mexico City for two years and I d the chance to live in many different parts of the city. This hotel is great! Location is fantastic and in a safe part of the city. The place was super clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Our room had air conditioning which is very rare with my times here in Mexico City. Staff could speak English if needed. Gym was good for a hotel gym. Great place for the price"

"The hotel is centrally located, easy 10-15 minutes walk to the Zocalo or Alameda Central/Bellas Artes. Also close to Metro station—5 minutes walk. Staff is professional and helpful. Included breakfast is only coffee and juice. They also give you 6 small slices of fruit with drizzled yogurt. No yogurt serving. Food can be purchased. There is no AC. The bed and pillow were firm. Overall hotel is clean, modern looking and a good value."
