The photos don't accurately reflect the hotel's current condition; everything is very old, like something from the early 2000s. The sheets and towels provided are stained, and hotel policy dictates they aren't changed for two or three days. The bed was very uncomfortable; those mattresses have seen better days. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good—I have no complaints about that. In conclusion, the room price doesn't reflect its quality. If you have the chance to go, it's best not to book it.

The room is basic, cleanliness could improve as we had a few stains on things around the room. However, cleaning staff were so friendly and always helped when asked. One thing that needs to be looked at in my opinion is that the wifi was really bad for most of our stay, it would cut out all the time and not work. Other than that it was a good stay and would stay again.

Great place if you are visiting for concerts at Pepsi Center or surroundings. Tacos restaurant in front is great and a lot of convenient stores nearby, even a small Walmart. Breakfast is great!

I stayed with you from Monday to Friday, and overall my experience was very good: the facilities are in excellent condition, and everything was perfect… except for the front desk staff. From the very first day, I noticed that the front desk team has no basic knowledge about Mexico City. I asked for directions to certain places, and they weren’t able to help me at all. But the worst part happened this morning when my 81-year-old mother came to visit me. José, who was at the front desk, treated her very rudely. She gave him my full name and also my nickname to make it easier for him to find me, but he didn’t make any effort. In fact, he completely ignored her and took his time, which I found extremely disrespectful toward an elderly person. I believe this shows a total lack of consideration and basic courtesy. So, if you’re planning to stay at this hotel, go ahead — but avoid dealing with José, as he is extremely rude. On the other hand, if you’re looking for truly outstanding service, Carlos the bellboy is the best and only one who actually delivers.

I got 2 days late due to Boston blizzard and inability to flight to Mexico, I inform the first time through the Expedia agent and it went well, but the second and third contact was never answered by the hotel. When I arrive, they say I didn't have a room, I told the receptionist (Jesus) that I couldn't believe that, the room was paid without refund so he had to make something. He called Expedia and resolved, but the initial negative was rude and frustrating to me. Lastly, the room was very poor, old, smelly and near the breakfast place, so very early it was even more smelier. I will never go back to this hotel and refund policies should be flexible. Anycase, I think I'll try something different from expedia as it wasn't a good experience either.
