「The staff on the phone was very nice and checked in on us frequently however our room was dirty, the comforter was stained with yellow spots the toilet constantly ran even after the came and “fixed” it. 「The photos on Expedia are misleading. They look edited to make the rooms look far cleaner and nicer than they actually are. In our room’s photo, for instance, the TV isn’t shown, but it’s mounted less than a foot from the edge of the bed. The gap between the bed and the wall was already tight (just a foot or two), and with the TV jutting out, we had to contort ourselves to squeeze past without hitting our heads, which I did, more than once.
