「iWe did not like the property at all. first thing we noticed was the pool, no water and dirty, the place looked run down. almost looked like no one was there and shopping carts in the parking lot. I asked the girl the desk if we could have a room on the first floor she said no, the place was empty i could not understand why. the cushion's on the couch was dirty.I would like a refund the place is that bad」

The location is perfect for exploring historic downtown Beaufort. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront, which made our stay even more enjoyable. 「The staff were very helpful and accommodating; however, the hotel rooms are in serious need of updating. The furniture is outdated, and the air conditioners leak, leaving the carpets beneath them wet and creating a damp, mildew-like odor throughout the room. The excess moisture and standing water also appear to attract large water bugs, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was underwhelming, with limited options and overall quality that did not meet expectations....

「I wish we could have stayed longer. Love that we were able to do laundry, although I do wish the water slide was open. My grandchildren would have loved it. We got a villa/suite facing the water park/pool area so my elderly mother could take pictures. 4 generations, what a blessing.」

「Staff was very pleasant and the room was decently cleaned. I did have a smoking room and it was very strong. A deeper clean for the room is recommended. Also my keys demagnetized which was frustrating but easily fixed. Air conditioner was decent but I do feel it needs to be upgraded as it didn’t cool the room but it made it comfortable.」
